Based on discussion from the first negotiated rulemaking committee session, this paper provides updated suggested regulatory language regarding computer-adaptive testing. This updated language provides suggestion regulations that ensure requirements for content standards and alternate assessments are met, and ensures that students’ language proficiency is assessed and measured.
