ArtsEdge: Lesson Finder
ArtsEdge is the Kennedy Center’s free, digital resource site for teaching and learning in – and through – the arts. The Lesson Finder webpage is a searchable portal to hundreds of K-12 arts-based lesson plans and projects for classroom and afterschool.
Although this website is not fully STEAM based, all lessons are interdisciplinary and integrate arts education within the lessons’ activities. For teachers interested in STEAM lessons, they can select from the “Other Subject” drop down list and select subjects such as math, science, and technology. The ability to search lessons based on grade level and subject matter makes this database highly usable.
